Monticello Strawberry Butter

Thomas Jefferson loved strawberries and grew many kinds at Monticello. Wonderful on biscuits, pancakes, toast or waffles, this delicious, creamy strawberry butter is made of strawberries, sugar, pectin and citric acid, with no preservatives.

Our strawberry butter is made for us in Frederick County, Virginia at a family-owned farm and cannery started in 1828.
